Achievements are a great way of showing off your gaming skills to your friends and see a game in a different aspect.

10. Messiah – Outlast II

Messiah is the hardest achievement/trophy in Outlast 2. To achieve this, you must finish the game in Insane difficulty without reloading the camcorder’s battery. This game becomes a roguelike game in insane difficulty, and if you die, you will lose all your progress and have to restart from the beginning of the game.

9. 7 Day Survivor – Dead Rising

Wants to test your patience? Go for the 7 Day Survivor achievement of Dead Rising. It’s one of the most time-consuming and difficult achievements out there. You have to play in infinity mode, which means your health continually depletes, and you have no choice but to eat non-respawning food to refill your health bar. Without food, you will survive only 20 minutes, and if you take damage from zombies, it will become shorter. To achieve this, you need to play straight 14 hours in real life without saving the game.

The description says, “Gain Mastery of All Fighters.” That means you must win 100 victories, perform 100 fatalities, complete 150 X-Rays, spill 10,000 pints of blood and also play as the character for 24 hours, and that’s not everything. You also have to achieve all those with all 28 Characters. It’s not much hard, but surely it will take a lot of time, almost 700+ hours to complete. If you like boring grinding, then it’s for you. Any way you can make your way easier by playing against dummy opponents but still, it’s a lot of time investment.

7. Mr. Perfect – Mega Man 10

Are you ready for an uphill battle? All you have to do is complete the game. You can do it even in easy difficulty. But the problem is you can’t take a single hit throughout the whole campaign. Yes, you read it right, make a wrong move, misread a boss pattern, take a hit, and everything is over. Is it possible? Yes, youtube has some videos as proof.

6. Seriously 3.0 – Gears of War 3

Every Gear of War game came with a “Seriously” achievement. All they are rough and tough and takes a lot of hardcore grinding. But this one is the toughest among them. It requires all 65 Onyx Medal. These medals are a pain in the arse. They require you to earn 500 MVP ribbons, complete 6,000 kills with six different guns, Complete 240 campaign chapters without dying, win 3,000 matches, get First Blood 3,000 times, and 55 other incredibly time-consuming tasks. Also, you have to reach level 100, but it’s not a big problem; by earning Onyx Meda, you will easily hit level 100. Want to punish yourself? Then go for it.

5. Laso Master – Halo: The Master Chief Collection

The description says, “Complete each individual game-specific LASO playlist for every Halo game.” It means this achievement you to complete Halo 1, 2, 3, and 4 on legendary, with all the difficulty-upping skulls on. Here skull means you won’t have radar, your will have limited ammo, enemies get boosted health, they become harder to kill, they will throw more grenades, and many more. Only 0.02% of Xbox players have the achievement. If you die in a solo run, you have to play the mission from the beginning. So, play with at least one friend and if you don’t have friends then stop playing games. Go out and make some real friends.

4. Better Than The Best – Sniper Elite

This one may sound easy enough until you give it a try. You have to complete the entire main campaign on Authentic Plus difficulty with no manual saves. You won’t have radar and HUD. If you get caught, enemies will never stop searching for you until you die or kill them. Also if they can’t handle you by themselves then they will call for backup. This game is so hard to play without any assisting elements. Also, you will lose all existing ammo if you reload.

3. The Legendary Hero – Metal Gear Solid 4

Well, every Metal Gear Solid comes with a platinum trophy but we chose this one from the Metal gear series. It’s so hard that you will feel tortured rather than fun. To unlock the legendary hero, you have to play through the game more than eight times to obtain all trophies in MGS4. Oh, forgot to mention that you have to play the game on the hardest difficulty, without dying, without alerting anyone, without using any health recovery items, and without killing anyone. 2. Masterminds – Grand Theft Auto Online

Grand Theft Auto Online’s Mastermind is one of the hardest achievements where you have to complete all three Criminal Mastermind scenarios in hard mode. The first scenario needs 2 players and the other two scenarios need 4 players. Even with the same team of players without losing any lives on setups and finales. It’s not impossible but it’s been out for 6 years and only 3.3% of Steam players achieved it. So if you have a team of skilled players with good coms then go for it. Good luck.

1. World Champion – Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter

This is the one, the hardest one of all achievements on our list. To unlock it, you have to climb to the top of the universal leaderboard. That means everyone can’t unlock this achievement. So you have to be the best of the best to do this with extreme luck. Those people who unlocked the achievement a few years ago told that it requires 2-3 months of constant, day-in-day-out play. It’s a lot harder now.
